Founded in 1980, Travelwise has evolved from our much-loved Muswell Hill base into a leading bespoke luxury and adventure travel company. Since our management buy-out in 2015, we’ve built on decades of global expertise to craft journeys that are as individual as our clients.
Five personalities, one shared passion
Between us, we’ve crossed deserts, sailed icy seas, wandered temple-lined streets and trekked through jungles. Our styles are different, our experiences vast, but our aim is the same: to plan journeys that fit you perfectly. Whether we’re working from home or huddled together over maps, we bring the same curiosity, care and attention to detail to every itinerary.

Kim Hart
An expert in the ultra luxurious, Kim is your go-to for superyachts, exclusive-use villas and the kind of experiences that don’t appear on websites. She has an extensive understanding of the world’s finest hotels and a personal in-depth knowledge of Africa, Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada, shaped around her own worldwide adventures. Kim also has a passion for the iconic wildlife viewing experiences both above and below the water.
Pauline Duffin
Pauline specialises in designing highly-personalised adventures, guided by her decades of travel expertise. With a focus on India, South East Asia and South America and a deep love of African safaris, she's renowned for her finely-tuned ability to create experiences that reflect your unique interests.
Nici Davies
With over 30 years of expertise at Travelwise, Nici specialises in family adventures, luxury ski holidays and indulgent beach escapes. Her extensive knowledge of diverse destinations allows her to offer the perfect suggestion, even when you're not exactly sure what you're looking for.
Dallal BenRomdhane
With a goal to visit every US state and a passion for ancient civilisations, Dallal designs thoughtful, immersive trips that feel personal at every step. Her favourite areas of expertise are North America, North Africa and the Maldives.
Katie Spooner
The newest member of our team (yet she’s still been with Travelwise since 2017), Katie’s always one step ahead with the latest must-see Disney and cruise experiences. She’s renowned for adding personalised extras and thoughtful details that make each journey feel truly one-of-a-kind.
