Pauline specialises in designing highly-personalised adventures, guided by her decades of travel expertise. With a focus on India, South East Asia and South America and a deep love of African safaris, she's renowned for her finely-tuned ability to create experiences that reflect your unique interests.
Pauline joined Travelwise in 1995 and brings a lifetime of experience to her role – along with a reputation for curating impressively thoughtful, precisely-designed itineraries. From multi-generational safaris to multi-stop adventures through India, Southeast Asia and South America, she specialises in the kind of complex, meaningful trips that need an encyclopaedic understanding of the world of travel.
Now a co-owner, she’s known for listening carefully and tailoring each trip to reflect the people taking it: we’re talking ‘arranging a visit to an Indian courtroom for a retired lawyer with an interest in local justice systems’, rather than just ‘nice bouquet of flowers on arrival’. It’s those considered touches that make each journey feel entirely unique.
Pauline has travelled everywhere from Antarctica to Svalbard, from Sri Lanka to the Galápagos. She’s a safari specialist, a Southeast Asia expert and is rapidly becoming a huge aficionado of expedition and small ship cruising.
